I like this idea.  It’s a perfume pen.  Dip the tip in your fragrance bottle for a minute.  There’s a wick inside that holds the perfume.  Now you have a very fancy applicator to put in your purse for when you go out on the town.  Great for travel.  Put in your gym bag.
